Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in IT.
• Experience working with SAP Business One (SAP B1).
• Ability to manage and maintain factory IT systems and infrastructure.
• Experience in system updates, troubleshooting, and technical support.
• Knowledge of networks, servers, backups, and security.
• Ability to support users and solve technical issues efficiently.
• Candidates currently inside Kuwait may apply.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor all IT systems within the factory.
• Maintain and support SAP Business One (SAP B1).
• Ensure systems are updated, secure, and running smoothly.
• Handle hardware, software, and network issues.
• Coordinate with system vendors when required.
